Above and Beyond Service!The staff at Real Pro Auto Service was absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me out during a stressful time. When my car had to stay in the shop, they made sure I wasn’t left stranded and set me up with a loaner car, such a lifesaver! I mainly worked with Eric, Bob, and Craig, and each of them were amazing,kind, professional, and truly caring. Replaced head gasket for $3500. 200 miles later had to replace timing chain another $3500. Drove another 1000 miles and took it back for loud engine noise and they blamed me for not having oil in it and the engine needs replacement. After spending $7000 on engine repairs I ended up with a paper weight that needs a new engine. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Less

Brought my car in to have brakes rotors and water pump done. My car drove and was nice and quiet when i brought it in and when i left it was making like a plastic ticking noise. I took my car back numerous times to fux the issue and sent me away saying they didn't know where the sound was coming from. Had to bring it back again because of the noise and a bunch of brake dust on my rims. They replaced my brakes again but still the noise. The manager had me bring it back for like the 4th or 5th time and same excuse, they don't know where noise was coming from. Seems pretty easy, they replaced the brakes, rotors and water pump, but they wouldn't replace water pump where one of the guys stated that its sounded like thats where the noise was coming from. But then here again, I am sent away with the same noise in my car with the same excuse again, I will never, ever recommend or give them any of my business ever again in my life. After spending over $5000, they are lucky it makes me give them a one star rating, especially after they kept telling me they stand by their work, there is no way I should walk in there with my car running and it's so quiet you can't hear it and walk out with it making noise. Extremely friendly and honest. I had my car towed in with a blown engine they told me immediately what was wrong with it the same day and also help me find a way to sell it to where I didn't completely lose everything. They even let me store it at their facility for an extra week because I live out of town. Thanks again realpro Auto for your professionalism and care for your customers I will be recommending. Less
